But they quoted me homeowners insurance, I paid a down payment and made one monthly payment before they said they made a mistake and charged me an extra $100 over what they quoted. In my book that's a bait and switch and I'm pretty sure that's illegal. I did have a windshield claim and they took care of it no problem. Just be aware of the bait and switch tactics."
